Overview

  1. Threaded Lady is happy to accept returns and exchanges if the unwashed, unworn and unused item the customer has purchased is defective, incorrect or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@threadedlady.co.za with a photo and details of the product and the defect. We will respond with an email that will give clear guidance on where to send the return parcel to.
  2. Threaded Lady will not accept items with stains, make-up marks/stains and odour.
  3. Please inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. Customers should notify us within three days of receipt of the defect product and return it within 7 days.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product, Threaded Lady will fully examine it and notify the customer via e-mail, whether the customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Should the customer be entitled to a replacement or refund, Threaded Lady will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 15 days.
  5. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned .
  6. Returns do not include any shipping costs.
  7. Please do check our sizing charts in order to match your preferred fit.

Turn Around Time

As our clothes are made by pre-order, customer satisfaction and quality products is what we prde ourselves in, the turn around time is 14 working days. Orders that are made through our online store will be the only orders that will be considered.
